Each individual may maintain only one active pak32 account. Operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using another person's account is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and recovery of any bonus funds paid out.
All promotional bonuses at pak32 are subject to wagering requirements disclosed at the time of the offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be processed. Abuse of bonus systems will result in cancellation of bonuses and associated winnings.
Users are prohibited from using software tools, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other automated system to gain an unfair advantage on pak32. Collusion, chip dumping, and match-fixing in any pak32 game or sports market is prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
pak32 requires identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Users must provide valid government-issued identification. Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Processing times vary by payment method.
pak32 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all users. pak32 also reserves the right to proactively apply limits to accounts showing signs of problem gambling behaviour, in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations.

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the following meanings:
2.1 By completing the pak32 Account registration process, by clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance mechanism, or by accessing and using the pak32 Platform in any manner, you represent and confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all documents incorporated by reference.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions must be read in conjunction with the pak32 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and pak32. By accepting these Terms, you also accept those documents.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pak32 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.
2.4 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the pak32 Platform and must immediately cease all access to it.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use any pak32 Service. pak32 is strictly a 21+ platform. No exceptions apply to this requirement.
3.2 Identity Verification. pak32 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in suspension of your Account and any pending withdrawal requests until verification is completed.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent that you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into these Terms.
3.4 Prohibited Persons. The following categories of persons are not eligible to register or maintain a pak32 Account:
3.5 pak32 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion if it has reason to believe eligibility requirements have not been met.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual person may hold only one (1) pak32 Account. Operating, controlling, or having an interest in more than one pak32 Account, whether directly or through a third party, is strictly prohibited. pak32 will close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances if multiple Accounts are identified.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during Account registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. pak32 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 Unauthorised Access. You must notify pak32 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. pak32 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your Account following such notification but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.
4.5 Account Transfers. pak32 Accounts, Account Balances, and any Bonus Funds are personal to the registered Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person.
Security Recommendation: pak32 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account immediately after registration. 2FA provides a significant additional layer of security and is available free of charge in your Account settings. pak32 support staff will never ask for your password or 2FA codes.
5.1 Supported Methods. pak32 currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice. Deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at pak32 is PKR 500 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed in the pak32 Cashier at the time of the deposit transaction.
5.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to the Account Balance within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one (1) hour. pak32 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
5.4 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your pak32 Account are legally obtained and are your own funds. pak32 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds.
5.5 Currency. All Account Balances, transactions, and bet settlements at pak32 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak32 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.
5.6 Failed Deposits. pak32 is not responsible for deposits that fail due to insufficient funds in the User's payment account, technical failures on the part of third-party payment providers, or User error in entering payment details. Contact pak32 support if a deposit has been debited from your payment method but not credited to your pak32 Account.
6.1 KYC Requirement. Before pak32 will process any withdrawal request, the User must complete the KYC verification process by providing a valid, government-issued photographic identification document (such as a National Identity Card / CNIC, passport, or driving licence). pak32 may also request proof of address and/or proof of the payment method used for deposits.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount at pak32 is PKR 500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are set out in the pak32 Cashier.
6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day of approval. Processing times are estimates and pak32 does not guarantee specific processing timelines.
6.4 Wagering Requirements. Withdrawals of funds associated with bonus promotions are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements being fully met. pak32 will not process withdrawal requests where outstanding Wagering Requirements remain on Bonus Funds in the Account.
6.5 Withdrawal Destination. Wherever operationally possible, pak32 will process withdrawals to the same payment method from which the corresponding deposit was made. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
6.6 Withholding of Withdrawals. pak32 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, Terms violation, or if additional verification is required. pak32 will notify the User of any withholding and the reason where legally permissible to do so.
7.1 General. pak32 offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to its Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
7.2 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible, verified pak32 Account holders aged 21 and above only. pak32 reserves the right to exclude specific users from promotions at its discretion.
7.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each promotion's terms.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. pak32 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; exploiting technical errors or loopholes to generate bonus credits; low-risk betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; and coordinated exploitation by groups of users. pak32 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.
7.5 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unfulfilled bonus offers expire as stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and will be removed from the Account without compensation.
7.6 Right to Modify or Withdraw. pak32 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect Users who have already accepted the promotion under its original terms.
8.1 Game Availability. pak32 provides access to a portfolio of casino games including slot machines, live dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and others), table games, and game shows. The availability of specific titles is subject to change without notice. pak32 does not guarantee the continued availability of any particular game.
8.2 Random Number Generation. All pak32 slot and table games that are not live dealer games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by pak32's game providers are independently audited for fairness and randomness. Certified Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles.
8.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games at pak32 are streamed in real time from professional studio environments using physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice). Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-world physical results and are not generated by software RNG. pak32 is not responsible for stream interruptions caused by connectivity issues on the User's side.
8.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during a game round, pak32 will investigate and, where the malfunction affects the outcome of a round, reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the User's Account. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
8.5 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games at pak32. These limits are displayed within each game interface before play commences. pak32 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
9.1 Accepted Markets. pak32 offers sports betting markets on cricket (including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is), tennis, and other sports as published on the Platform from time to time. Market availability is subject to change.
9.2 Bet Acceptance. A sports bet is not accepted by pak32 until you receive a bet confirmation with a unique bet reference number. pak32 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where odds are manifestly incorrect due to technical error.
9.3 Void Bets. pak32 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: manifest pricing errors; match abandonment without a result being determined; events affected by circumstances outside pak32's control; suspicion of match-fixing or corrupt conduct; or where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
9.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets at pak32 may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed before a suspension notification is received by the User are generally accepted, but pak32 reserves the right to void in-play bets where the outcome was known or highly predictable at the time of placement.
9.5 Winnings Settlement. Winning bets are settled and credited to the Account Balance as soon as practicable after the relevant event result is confirmed from official sources. In the event of a results dispute, pak32's decision, based on official sources, is final.
9.6 Maximum Payout. Maximum payout limits apply to sports betting winnings at pak32. The applicable limits are displayed in the sportsbook section. pak32 will not be obligated to pay winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit regardless of the stated odds.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak32 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:
11.1 pak32 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the risks of problem gambling for its users. pak32 operates a comprehensive Responsible Gaming programme that includes the following tools and measures:
11.2 pak32 reserves the right to apply limits or restrictions to a User's Account proactively where pak32 has reasonable grounds to be concerned about that User's gambling behaviour, including where the User displays signs consistent with problem gambling.

11.4 21+ Only. pak32 operates a strict minimum age policy of 21 years. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process. Accounts found to be held by users under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds will be returned to the deposit source, net of any real-money bets placed.
12.1 All content on the pak32 Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, and video content, is the intellectual property of pak32 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak32 Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
12.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any pak32 Platform content without prior written authorisation from pak32.
13.1 The pak32 Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak32 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the fitness of any particular game or service for any particular purpose, or the accuracy of any odds, results, or information displayed on the Platform.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak32's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your pak32 Account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 pak32 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether or not pak32 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pak32's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14.1 Closure by User. You may close your pak32 Account at any time by contacting pak32 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding Terms violations.
14.2 Closure by pak32. pak32 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time for any of the following reasons: violation of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; receipt of a legal order requiring closure; or at pak32's sole discretion with reasonable notice where no violation has occurred.
14.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, all Bonus Funds are forfeited. Verified Real Money Funds will be returned subject to the conditions in clause 14.1 above. Where closure is due to proven Terms violation, pak32 may withhold funds to the extent required to cover demonstrated losses or costs incurred.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions and the entire relationship between you and pak32 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles and the laws applicable to pak32's operating jurisdiction.
15.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pak32 Platform, you should first contact pak32 customer support to seek informal resolution. pak32 is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to a mutually agreed form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) before initiating formal legal proceedings.
16.1 pak32 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address registered on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the pak32 Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amendments take effect, except where shorter notice is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
16.2 Continued use of the pak32 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendments.
16.3 The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. You should review these Terms regularly to remain informed of any changes.
